REGISTRATION
We warmly invite you to register for “Interactions” – The 53rd Winter School of the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology.
IMPORTANT DATES
The registration deadline is January 12, 2026.
The abstract submission deadline is February 1, 2026.
FEE
The Winter School will take place at the Beskidzki Raj Hotel & Spa, beautifully located in the Beskid Mountains and offering a wide range of leisure and wellness facilities. To make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, we offer two registration options:
1. Full-time registration (620 PLN)
This option is ideal for participants planning to attend the entire event. The full-time registration fee includes:
- accommodation with breakfasts for the nights of 18/19 February and 19/20 February,
- lunches on 18 and 19 February,
- dinner on 18 February,
- the gala dinner on 19 February,
- a welcome party on 18 February,
- coffee breaks throughout the event,
- conference materials.
Participants registered for full-time registration are welcome to enjoy all facilities and attractions available to hotel guests during their stay.
2. One-day registration (140 PLN)
Designed for participants who wish to attend the conference for a single day. This option includes:
- participation in the conference for one day,
- lunch,
- coffee breaks,
- conference materials.
Additional options
For your convenience, we also offer:
- transportation to (18 Feb) and from (20 Feb) the conference venue for 50 PLN (round trip),
- a single room supplement for 270 PLN (135 PLN per night). Please note that the number of single rooms is limited and subject to availability.

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF AN ABSTRACT
Please email your abstract to: ibeth.guevara-lora@uj.edu.pl.
By 8 February 2026 we will inform you whether your contribution has been accepted and assigned as a poster or an oral presentation.
- Abstracts should be written in English.
- Abstract should not exceed 300 words. Please, do not insert graphics. Avoid references in the abstracts. If you feel they are absolutely necessary, please use the style given below: [1] Nowak J., Kowalska A. (2024) Measurements of enzyme activity. Mol Biotech 28:12-14.
- Total text, i.e. title, authors, affiliations, abstract, optional acknowledgements and references should not exceed single A4 page.
- Before sending your abstract, please check if grammar and spelling is correct. Check the spelling of authors’ names and surnames. Make sure that the uploaded version is really the final version.
- The file should be named as follows: Kowalska_Anna_poster.docx or Kowalska_Anna_presentation.docx
