Welcome to the 50th Winter School of the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology

We are very pleased to announce that the Faculty will be organizing its 50th Winter School in Kraków from February 22 to 24, 2023. At this conference, special attention will be devoted to topics concerning cancer biology and therapy at the molecular level. Distinguished invited speakers will be participating in the conference to share reports on their recent achievements.

We would hereby like to invite guests from other scientific institutions, as well as researchers from the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology of the Jagiellonian University, to participate in the Faculty’s annual conference.

Our main goals in organizing this event are to bring together specialists in the field of cancer research, provide a framework for lectures and poster sessions on the latest research topics, stimulate scientific interactions between participants and build collaborations. We also wish to invite researchers who have a keen interest in becoming involved in the field of cancer research. Last but not least, we would like to extend a special invitation to young researchers, PhD students and students, both from the Faculty itself and from other scientific institutions, to enrol for the conference.

We hope the event will prove to be an opportunity for fruitful discussion for all participants and wish our guests a very pleasant stay in Kraków.
